Ingredients
- 8 oz boneless pork loin cut thin
- 1/2 onion chopped
- 1 t oil
- 3 carrots sliced
- Pinch black pepper
- 1/6 cup balsamic vinaigrette dressing
- 1 T hoisin sauce
Directions
- Heat oil and stir fry pork, onions and carrots for 5 mins.
- Stir in dressing and hoisin.
- Fry 7 mins. until carrots tender.
