Egg Noodle, Spinach and Beef Casserole

Ingredients

  • 1.5 lb mince
  • 2 garlics
  • 1/2 t salt
  • 1/2 t pepper
  • 1 26 oz jar spaghetti sauce
  • 1 t italian seasoning
  • 10 oz frozen spinach - thawed
  • 2 cups (8 oz) shredded cheese - jack
  • 1.5 cups sour cream
  • 1 egg beaten
  • 1 t garlic salt
  • 12 oz egg noodles
  • 1.5 cups parmesan

Directions

  1. Cook beef, garlic, salt and pepper then drain and return to pan. Add sauce and seasoning.
  2. Combine spinach, cheese, sour cream, egg and garlic salt, fold in cooked noodles and put in lightly greased 13 x 9 baking dish. Sprinkle with 1/2 parmesan, top with beef and remaining parmesan.
  3. Bake at 350 for 30 mins.

Notes

Serves 6 - freeze 2 portions or use for party dish.
