Ingredients
- 1.5 lb mince
- 2 garlics
- 1/2 t salt
- 1/2 t pepper
- 1 26 oz jar spaghetti sauce
- 1 t italian seasoning
- 10 oz frozen spinach - thawed
- 2 cups (8 oz) shredded cheese - jack
- 1.5 cups sour cream
- 1 egg beaten
- 1 t garlic salt
- 12 oz egg noodles
- 1.5 cups parmesan
Directions
- Cook beef, garlic, salt and pepper then drain and return to pan. Add sauce and seasoning.
- Combine spinach, cheese, sour cream, egg and garlic salt, fold in cooked noodles and put in lightly greased 13 x 9 baking dish. Sprinkle with 1/2 parmesan, top with beef and remaining parmesan.
- Bake at 350 for 30 mins.
Notes
Serves 6 - freeze 2 portions or use for party dish.
