Artichoke and Pepper Toasts

Ingredients

  • 14 oz can artichokes in water/brine
  • 2 garlics minced
  • 3/4 c shredded cheddar (3 oz)
  • 1/2 c roasted peppers
  • 1/4 c grated parmesan
  • 1/2 c fresh basil
  • 1/8 c oil
  • 1/4 t pepper
  • Baguette slices

Directions

  1. Combine all.
  2. Bake at 350 for 25 mins. until heated through.
  3. Oil bread slices and toast lightly.
