Liver Pate

Ingredients

  • 4 oz liverwurst
  • 4 oz cream cheese
  • 1/6 cup finely chopped onion
  • 1.5 Tbsp sour cream
  • 1/4 tsp Worscesterhire sauce
  • 1/8 tsp hot pepper sauce (optional)
  • Stuffed olives to garnish

Directions

  1. Mix liverwurst, half cream cheese, onion, sour ceam, Worcestershire sauce and hot pepper sauce, combining well.
  2. Form a mound of pates and place dish in freezer for 15 mins.
  3. Frost with remaining cream cheese (softened).
  4. Slice a few green olives and arrange over the mound of pate.
